fatigue?

I'm 37 weeks pregnant ftm and all of a sudden the last two days I can't even get out of bed. I am extremely tired randomly I slept till 3pm today my boyfriend made me get up or I still would be sleeping. Is this a sign labour is near? Or what could it mean. I've been experiencing pain in my low back as well, blured vision and a mild headache!
