Pre pitocin they were twinges in my vagina. Post pitocin they were cramps after I got hit  by a truck and lit in fire. Pitocin makes you feel like you're in the 7th circle of hell.

Like my entire belly was hardening. At first didn't hurt, until they started to get progressively tighter. Were never unbearable, but definitely like every abdominal muscle was tightening as hard as it possibly could. It's hard to explain that's why women use the "it felt like awful cramps" comparison, because it's hard to explain. I personally don't think cramps and contractions feel anything alike.
