Sick while pregnant?

Any mommies have any home remedies for the common cold while you're pregnant?

I somehow managed to wake up this morning with a wicked cold and blowing my nose a bunch of times to get rid of the mucous is causing me to have some crazy Braxton hicks contractions (I'm only 22 weeks) not to mention I'm extremely tired, my body aches and I have a VERY hyper 2 year old.

Please tell me someone has this miracle recipe to get rid of this quick!

I'm allergic to acetaminophen and codeine.
