Canadians to receive 18 month maternity leave
Isn't this great? We went from 12 to 18 months maternity leave and we can take up to 12 weeks leave before baby is born if need be. The amount of money we get remains the same however; it is just spread over 18 months instead of 12, but I would have chosen that option if I'd had the choice at the time.
