Chance of pregnancy

My fiance and I have been trying for a baby for a few weeks. I, unfortunately, have polycystic ovaries and know that I could have trouble getting pregnant. I only get my period every 100 days and just recently finished 2 weeks ago. For 4 days after it finished we had unprotected sex and he came in me 6+ times. He's been away for work since so no practice since then. The last two days I've been feeling off, a bit sick and mood-swingy. I'm wondering if it could be signs of pregnancy? How early can you tell on a test?
