So I'm just about 4.5 weeks along with my 2nd baby. Obviously not far at all but I don't feel pregnant AT ALL!!! I knew I was pregnant with my first before I even took a test I had all the symptoms. This time, I had zero symptoms and now that I got a confirmed blood test, I still don't feel pregnant!! I've had a bit of cramping but that's it's and it makes me nervous that I've already had a miscarriage but my body just doesn't know it yet 😭 anyone else feel like this early on?!?! I'm terrified of miscarrying.
