Tea & Morning Sickness☕️

I just wanted to share something.. So, having parents from the UK, I've grown up drinking tea from the time I turned one. I'm 19 now & on a normal day, I'll have 6-8 cups of tea. Since finding out that I am pregnant, I cold turkey quit (4weeks). Once I hit 7 weeks, I was violently ill, vomiting up everything all day long. I am now 9 weeks pregnant. Yesterday, I couldn't stand the vomiting anymore and I was super dehydrated. I decided to have a small mug of tea, but instead of sugar, I used honey. BOY did that make a difference! Yesterday was my first day in 2 weeks that I didn't vomit at all & I felt a LOT better. Not sure if I was having bad symptoms of withdrawal of the caffeine, or the honey has almost cured me, but it made such a HUGE difference! (My doctor said it was okay to have up to 2 mugs of tea a day as it has significantly less caffeine than coffee, yes I called first!) I drink Tetley's British blend with whole milk & honey(:
