Possible complication

Earlier in pregnancy our babt had a largr cycstic hygroma that now has resolved. Doctors want to keep an eye on the heart because the cycstic hygroma could mean a heart disease. I had a 23 week ultrasound today, they are not for sure because they couldn't get a good picture but they said one of the vessels might be narrowing. Does anyone know what this means? Thanks in advance.
