Weird bump on my cervix? Been trying to TTC for 1 year. I've been diagnosed with endometriosis since 14 but just had surgery back on Oct for it. My cervix is HIGH & SOFT(7DPO). Can hardly touch it. Know what this bump could be?

Here's a little more info about my cycle I guess.

My period started on the 1st this month.

Day 16 I ovulated. (Not confirmed though) 
Days 11 - 19th, 21st, 22nd i had unprotected sex with my fiance.

4 dpo, I started getting some white lotiony discharge. Medium amount. Cervix high and soft, open I think. 
5 dpo, less white lotiony cm. Pretty dry in there. Mild cramping. Cervix is high and soft. Almost closed? Some twinges in bbs.
6 dpo, more cramping, close to no cm. Whatever is in there is white and lotiony. Cervix is still high and soft. Closed. (Fiance felt cervix, felt bump. What is it?) Twinges in bbs. 
7 dpo (3/23) haven't logged today yet. But lightly sore bbs.
