When to start buying diapers

So I want to be prepared and feel like I rather start buying diapers early like a box a week until baby is born but I am still early and still afraid soemthing may happen.... When would everyone else start buying diapers ?

Many children have allergic reactions to certain diapers. Or they don't fit the child properly. Buy store gift cards to set aside every week or month for when baby is born.

I started buying a package of diapers every payday when we started trying to get pregnant. Then when I got pregnant, I decided to go cloth instead. Now I have a few boxes of disposable that can be taken to daycare, I guess.

I'm probably going to buy my stash after I get my bonus, so I'll be a little over 12 weeks. I'm getting one size diapers, so I don't need to worry about them being the wrong size.
