Antibiotics while ttc

Hi everyone, i have a sore throat and doc says it is strep infection. She has put me on 10 days of augmentin .. when i told her we are ttc, she was strangely telling me that u can start again after t 10 day course.. when i told her i am in middle of my cycle just few days past ovulation, she dint gave me any clear answer and just repeated what she said.. Now i am not sure whether to take antibiotics or not.. help please 🙏🏻
