why am I eating so much?
Lately it seems that all I do is eat. I drink about 3-4 bottles of water a day. I eat lunch and dinner. But I also eat all the way from lunch to dinner. Even after a meal, I'll be full for about 30-60 minutes but then I feel the urge to eat again.
But on the contrary, when I'm too busy to eat my first meal, I don't feel the need to eat at all that day- the hunger just doesn't get to me.
I'm not sure what's wrong with me or if there's a way to fix this. Please help.
