Major pain after cerclage?

Has anyone had a cerclage placed and had severe cramping and back pain afterwards? I haven't had any bleeding but the cramping and lower back pain is intense. I was given Percocet for pain and took it but it wore off very quickly and can't take it more than ever 6 hours. Last time I had a cerclage I don't remember much pain at all, so this is unfamiliar. I spoke to my doctor and he said to just take it easy and take the meds, I am just wondering if anyone else had this kind of pain and how long it lasted.
