Housing...

I was going to move in with family but now they saying there's no room for me and I've already made the plans to go and hubby wants me to get started in the other state. He can't afford to get me an apartment I don't work but I know there are apartments the you only have to pay utilities if you have no income Would I be welcome at a woman's shelter til I could find one myself or would they be able to help me find an apartment
