Tender Cervix?

Hi ladies! I had my IUD out in the beginning of February. Have not had a period in fourish years. I have been keeping track of my cycle with my ovulation. Today would have been my first day of AF. The past three days I have had a high and firm Cervix with a milky/watery CM. My Cervix has been crazy tender when I check it. Could this be an early pregnancy sign? I had a possible evap/vvvfl two days ago and BFNs since. Not sure if my body is confused or my brain is 🤔
