Has anyone here had an early pregnancy miscarriage (6 weeks) that wouldnt mind telling me how long it took for AF to return to normal (regular cycles) it's been nearly 5 weeks so I'm not sure if I'm "late" or not.

Update: it's been 4 weeks and 4 days since my miscarriage at 6 weeks.... I took a pregnancy test this evening around 7pm and got 2 strong pink lines. 🌈 fingers crossed for me please

I had a MC at 6 weeks on December 7th. Bled until the 21st, ended up ovulating and getting pregnant 2 weeks later. Then lost that one at 8 weeks 2/15, bled for a week. Just had my period 3/17-3/20. It was 4 weeks to my cycle seems to be normal now. This is my fertile week so wish me luck!

I misscarried at 5-6 weeks. But my hcg was very low. My cycle returned to normal the next month. Everyone is different. Don't worry too much and call your doctor if you feel something isn't normal

The first time I had an early loss I completely skipped one period and had my normal period 4 weeks after the miscarriage. The second time I lost it at 5 weeks and got pregnant the next cycle without ever getting a period in between. I lost that one as well at 4 weeks and then we stopped trying for a while. I now am 17 weeks with our miracle!

So to answer your question, yes, you can pregnant after a miscarriage without ever getting a period.
