Tips for hair growth? 👱‍♀️

My hair takes forever to grow out. Last time I got it cut above the collarbone, it took over two years for it to grow to the bottom of my ribs. I cut it again to about he same length and I want it long again but hoping to shorten that time a bit (I know it'll still take a while). Any hair tips to inhibit growth??? I love my hair short but I miss my long hair!

Brushing your hair makes it grow bc it stimulates blood flow, adding protein to your hair will make it grow bc healthy hair grows (not saying yours isnt healthy), there's also medications you can get prescribed or buy over the counter for hair growth but I also heard from a lot of people that hair skin and nails vitamins work really well

My hair is the same. I cut it to my collarbone and it'll grow fast to my bra hook. But it'll take forever to grow past that. I'm finally at my lower back, but it took like 4 years to grow that short distance.
