what is this???

I just found out that I have server allergies from the rediculous high pollen in Southern California which Has never effected me before. I got an inhaler which I've ever had before and have used it a few time (not even sure if I'm using it right) Zyrtec and something else I'm not sure what. Anyways today is the first day I have taken the pills and inhaler. I took the pills at about 12:30-1ish today. It is now 10:13 and I find these weird marks on me. Is this a side effect ???
