Transition to whole milk
What would be the smoothest transition for an EBF baby? My LO hasn't used a bottle in a while since I'm a SAHM. Is there a specific sippy cup I should use? A bottle? What do you guys recommend? She usually nurses right before naps and bed time as well so I'm wondering which cup/bottle to make this the smoothest transition for her. Thanks!
