Severe cramping pain after orgasm?

So my girlfriend and I got into some very heavy sexual stuff last night (for us, we haven't done anything before). After I orgasmed I had severe pain in my right ovary that put me in tears and still have it. Any one have any ideas on what it could be? (It has happened before and I don't want to go to the doctor for no reason)
