Fingering gone wrong help

Ok help me! My boyfriend fingered me and he did it HARD it was amazing and then later had sex (with a condom) I went home and one lip was swollen and it looked like a bruise was on the inside of my vagina but when I went to the bathroom it hurt to pee. I've been told it could hurt cause of scratching or being rubbed to hard and fast but I have no idea someone please help!
