My 11 month old has a cold. Any tips?

My daughter has a cold & none of my soothing techniques are working. She is fussy, has a runny nose, will barely eat her formula, either sleep a lot or barely sleep at all, & has a slight fever. It's not enough to go to the doctor, but she does have one. I sing to her, try to distract her by playing with her, bounce her... nothing works. Any tips on how to soothe her or get her better? We give her tylenol if she is too fussy & warm.
