what is happening?

I don't know if this is TMI but, for the past week whenever I go to the bathroom and before I finish peeing I get this weird feeling as if I have to pee more. I really don't know how to explain it, but that's all I can think of. I get the feeling like I'm about to orgasm (weird, I know) and then it stops a few minutes after I'm done. I told my mom and she told me to try leaning forward because maybe I do have to pee more. I tried it but no more pee comes out. I know this may seem extremely weird but I just don't know what to do. It's kind of uncomfortable.
