Positive OPK day after period ends

So let me start by saying that this has been the weirdest period ever! AF came a week early without any signs or symptoms minus bloating and it only lasted for two days (usually 3-4 days). AF was also very thick and mucusy. When my "period" ended I decided to take a preg test and an opk because my body still doesn't feel normal. The preg test was negative but when I took the opk I got this:
