Hi all! Finding it hard to come to terms with being newly diagnosed with PCOS. Have seen its quite common but just asking for some advice. How do you track ovulation if you're not getting periods? How long did it take for you to conceive? Been trying 8 months now and no luck ttc #1. Feeling quite upset about it all really!
