boyfriend cheating?

My boyfriend has been lying to me about where he is sometimes not big lies just small ones that he thinks I don't realise but I didn't care until his ex girlfriend said that they have had sex while me and my boyfriend have been together! Both stories don't add up and his ex is really jealous of me and him and she is a bit crazy I don't know what to believe. HELP ?

I think procrastinating it is a bad idea because it could lead you to feel more paranoid and things probably won't change like that and you'll continue to be unhappy. I think what the ex has told you should be completely disregarded she is not a reliable source of information. The fact that he's lied to you is definitely a cause for concern and you should confront him openly with how you're feeling, but be sure not do it in an accusatory tone, and also don't link the lying to cheating just yet! They're may be a less horrible reason for it (even though lying like that is unacceptable)
