What do you all think??

So I got off the birth control since October. My periods have been fairly regular except for last month. My period started and then lasted three days then started again two days later and lasted four days. I'm about mid cycle and I've been spotting (brown/pink) discharged for six days. But today after sex it's like a light red. Idk what is going on. I keep calling my gyno but she seems to think it's nothing. Any other opinions??? Please help!!!
