Lots of CM?

So I had sex during my ovulating time according to glow. My CM was egg white and everything looked good. It ended last weekend (one before this one) and went back to minimal, creamy, opaque. Then starting Thursday my CM has gotten REALLY heavy, stringy/watery that's half clear half semi transparent white.

Could this be a sign of implantation? Or did glow miss judge my ovulation? It's so heavy I've debated a panty liner - I'm having to shower twice a day!
