Hey Everyone new to glow

Basically I have polycystic ovaries and struggle to fall pregnant cut a long story short downloaded this app of a recommendation from a friend who fell pregnant and Monday and Wednesday this week where my biggest fertile days so obviously had intercourse lol!

But this weekend since Friday afternoon had the worst ache cramps on my right side ovary and feeling sick my books are sore can't touch them and I have nausea just been to the docs they did a pregnancy test and it's negative but she said it's way to early for it to show up anyway on a test and also last night was spotting had watery pinky blood but went away

So can anyone help or suggest anything this would be a massive help because in my head my body feels different and I never get pain like this along with other symptoms
