TMI!!! What is this?!

I have aunt flow currently. I went to the bathroom and noticed a glob on the toilet paper, I wiped again and this came out of me! What is this?? I wasn't/am not pregnant that I know of.

Went to the doctor and they told me that it was probably just an ovarian cyst that burst! Nothing to worry about unless it keeps happening!

I have had this a few time, it's just clots. Doctor told me you should only worry if accompanied by severe pain or the size of the palm of your hand.

Another TMI!!! I did move it with toilet paper and it came apart pretty easily. I did notice that there's something white/clear in the tissue. Am making a doctor appt tomorrow!!!
