family hurting my feelings

Does anyone else's family say hurtful things about your baby's appearance in ultrasounds? My family keeps making jokes about my baby "having a big head" and having "the family big nose" and laughing at her and it makes me so angry and sad. Yes, sometimes with some of the angles of the ultrasound photos her nose and head look big but it's nothing you laugh at, especially to the sensitive mother. Who cares if my baby is born with a huge nose and huge head anyway? I'm going to love her anyway but it hurts my feelings :(
