Faint positive same day af showed?? 😭

Y'all I'm needing some help. I went to take another test this morning but when I went to pee I seen a small spot of blood on my panties & decided to not test. As the day went on I thought about all the faint positives I've gotten since I was 9dpo and thought what the hell, why not test. To my surprise this popped right up. I got very excited then I got really worried because I'm bleeding. Does this mean I'm miscarrying? Is this normal? I'm crying y'all, idk what this means. Am I just seeing things?? Im freaking out. Is this even possible? Please tell me something.

You'll have to see if you get a full fledged period. Unfortunately it could be a chemical.

Has anyone ever done this when they found out they was pregnant & had a full healthy pregnancy??? Please give me some stories. Good or bad. Last time I had a chemical pregnancy I didn't bleed for about a week. I was late and kept getting noticeable positives with a ton of symptoms. Then woke up to no symptoms & a bfn. This is not what happened this time. I've been getting the faintest positives couldn't even see them on camera & this one you can only thing is I started my period on time today. I do plan on going to the doctor when the bleeding stops to get a blood test & ill most likely test myself before going to get a good idea of what the result is gonna be. I'm praying this isn't another chemical. Let me know your stories!
