note to self
If you're hurt and don't have anybody to talk to , write it down , pretend to send a txt and delete it, pretend to send an email and delete it , write it in your notes on your phone . DO NOT continue to hold it in . Whatever is on your heart that needs out GET IT OUT !! Ladies don't continue to hold in your hurt , if there's no one there to talk to at the time it's best to let go somehow . Stop holding it in , sometimes it's best to not have a response because no one understands your real hurt like you! No one knows how you really feel but YOU! A response by friends , sisters , moms , aunts etc. is okay but sometimes you need yourself to have the response . I'm a witness I always wanted a response by "someone" I needed "someone" to talk to . Long story short people aren't really here for me like I thought or how I wanted them to be , so I had to write to myself and get the toxic thoughts out of my mind . It feels a lot better 😘
