Bottle fed, help?

I'm breastfeeding but need to go back to work. I tried going back to work yesterday (Tuesday) for the first time and had to leave not even 2 hours into my shift because she wouldn't stop screaming and refused to eat from the bottle (frozen breastmilk.) Her dad said she'd choke and then cry even hsrder, and it continued. Her pediatrician said to introduce the bottle a day or say ahead of time and they usually catch on very easily at this age (she's almost 4 weeks.) But she absolutely hates it.

We've tried a few bottles and nipples. Currently using the Bare bottles. She took it just fine once I came home and the milk was fresh.

Any tips for transitioning her to a bottle? I.plsn on still breastfeeding her, but only when I'm home obviously. So she needs to use a bottle while I'm at work for those 8.5 hours.
