NEED HELP BEFORE BABY COME!!!!

Hi I'm 30 weeks pregnant and currently staying w. My mother in law because I was placed on bed rest and need some one to help me do things , and they have a extremely bad bed bug problem . The bed bugs started downstairs on there sofa as far as I know and made there way up stairs . I tend not to spend ANY time down stairs to prevent them from getting up stairs . I haven't been getting getting bit in the bed room , until now . I woke up and found a baby bed bug and it had bit me all over my foot. And I know if there is one there is plenty more . And an adult some where . Now I can not sleep knowing there is bugs in the bed . Is there any way I can get rid of bed bugs , so it won't bring any harm to my child when she born . I really need help now . I understand from searching online it can be hard to get rid of bed bugs . But rn everyone else isn't getting bit even though the bed bugs are there they always seem more prone to bitting me . Why ? And what can I do or use to kill the bed bugs thank you in advance .
