Pregnant while spouse battles addiction

Anyone else have a spouse who is currently battling drug addiction? I'm 7 months and he has just relapsed. This is causing extreme emotional distress and I could use any support at all. Anyone else go through this? What did you do to get through? I don't want to go into preterm labour but can't just "switch off" my feelings.
