Tiredness & feeling drained.
Hey everyone!
Sooo I'm sure all mama's feel like this every once in a while. But lately I've been feeling so freaking tired & drained...It's starting to affect my mental state (mood, activities...etc) do any of you know what I can do about this? Right now coffee is my best friend, I'm also taking vitamin B12 & I try to go to bed on time. My eating habits could be better. Exercise, well that's pretty much non existent. HELP!
