Symptoms disappearing?

Alright ladies I am 6 weeks according to my calculater I did IVF and had a 5 day fresh transfer, 2 beta tests that confirmed pregnancy and am now waiting for my early ultrasound at 7.5 weeks. Today I noticed my breasts barley hurt anymore in fact they feel quite normal. They were super sore and sensitive when I first found out Thor the first few weeks. I have the odd cramp still and am exaughsted and always hungry but is it normal for my boobs to stop hurting? Is it anything to worry about? I've never been pregnant before...
