why do some places make you get 2 interviews???

so last week i had an interview on tuesday for a company then today they called me for the same one? wtf ? Isn't 1 interview enough? why do some company's interview you twice ? stupid..

No, it's not enough either because they have a lot more qualified applicants other than you, they need approval from multiple people before hiring a candidate, or they need more information from you before they decide if they think you're good enough.
Some jobs require 3-5 interviews including a phone interview, group interview, one-on-one, and a panel interview. The screening/interviewing process is important for finding candidates that are actually good enough to work for them.

Bc the first time, they wanted to know you. The second, they consider your skills and want to see if you are competent to become an asset to their company.

Sometimes you'll interview with a supervisor then if they like you they'll call you back to meet with the hr manager or someone higher up...I agree tho, but in my opinion nothing is worse than a group interview omg lol
