4cm dilated
How long did you ladies stay at 4cm. When I go to the doctor they don't say anything about me being effaced only dilated. I've been having contractions about ten min apart it's a little hard to time then bc I have back problems anyways so the pain is hard to tell if it's only the contractions or my back problems.
