Pregnancy and the Dentist

I've seen a lot of posts where women have said they went to the dentist to have something done and ended up bleeding the next day. I really need to go and work finally offered us insurance but I'm 14 weeks pregnant and kind of scared to go now. I know I have a cavity and they'll want to fill it. My doctors office said to have any dental appts I want, that they encourage it, but I can't help but worry when I see posts on here. Anyone want to share their dental experiences with me from when they were pregnant? I'd really appreciate knowing if it caused you any issues. Thank you in advance!!!
