30+ Week Ultrasounds ....

So, I just made an appointment today with my new doctor to have an ultrasound on Friday.... He wouldn't have ordered for one... And I guess I don't really need one.... But for peace of mind, I asked him a few times and he ended up ordering one for me...

My mom worries that I'm having too many (this will be the 4th and last one) ...

I googled it and it really isn't that good to have many. They say you're only supposed to have the first one and the one around 18 weeks for gender (unless you're high risk and need more).

So now I'm wondering if I should cancel it even though I really wanna see my baby!!!

** I've been seeing a lot of ladies on here with pics of their 30+ week ultrasounds and my question is: What was the reason? Was it high risk? Is it routine where you're from? Did you ask for it?

And, What do you think I should do? Cancel and be patient or get it done? Thanks!!
