Orgasms when you need to pee?

So for some reason when I "need" to pee I get orgasms and it's hard to like walk to the bathroom to pee but sometimes they feel amazing but then other times they hurt. Like sometimes my bladder isn't even full enough (if that makes sense) for me to need to pee this much and I don't understand why this happens. Am I the only one who has this?
