Sharp Pain

Anyone have a quick, sharp, stabbing pain behind or around their belly button before their BFP? I'm due for AF in 3-4 days and yesterday I noticed a quick pain that I've never experienced before. While it only lasted a few seconds, it was sharp enough for me to stop what I was doing and notice it. Later that day I had white ewcm and a decent amount. Took a pregnancy test today and got a BFN but just now had the same sharp pain behind my belly button. Also, I have zero AF symptoms that I get the week before like clock work. I'm trying not to get my hopes up because I didn't get a +opk in the 20 tests I took this cycle, but I did have a lot of ewcm on cd16,17,18 and BD every one of them days as well as a few after. Just wondering if anyone had anything similar before their BFP?
