BASAL THERMOMETER RECOMMENDATIONS?
Looking for a basal thermometer on Amazon/online and none of them seem to have glowing reviews. Anyone here have a recommendation? Also, can you just use a normal thermometer to read correctly or does it have to be a special basal one?
I've never tracked my basal temp before ~ upping my game and starting this month.
