pink discharge?!

I had a miscarriage last Wednesday (22nd March 2017). We've been trying like crazy to get pregnant again.

I know the doctors told me to wait a month so they can figure out a due date. But tbh it was stressing me out and making me depressed having to wait. So we've just dived right in.

The MC bleeding stopped on the second day as they removed most of it at the hospital.

Now, yesterday I got a little bit of pink discharge. I'm not sure what the hell it is. Could it possibly be implantation bleeding? We only started having sex again on Saturday, would it be too soon for implantation or can you bleed from conception?

I don't know! I feel like I'm getting my hopes up but I'm so excited and I can't find anything on the internet.

No, it is not likely to be implantation bleeding, as your body has not even had enough time to resume a regular menstrual cycle. 
Your Doctor knows what he/she is talking about, you might want to ask your questions to him, as he can educate you on the reasons why to wait or start trying again. 
The spotting your experiencing is probably leftover from your MC. 
Your body just went through a lot.

I've just done an infection test and it's not an infection.. seems that I'm getting spotting which is apparently normal.

You're not supposed to have sex right away after a D&C , because they dilated your cervix and infection can easily happen . That's so dangerous . I'm assuming you had a D&C if you did they "removed" most of it .

You should listen to your doctor. You gave your body zero time to heal. You may have an infection. Call your doctor and explain that you immediately had sex after being told to abstain. You need to be examined.
