Prenatal vitamins!?!?

What do you guys think of these prenatal vitamins?  There's so many out there my head is spinning.  My doctor didn't give me any at my first appointment so I just got these. Are they good?

Took them in my first trimester but few weeks into it they were making me more sick and nauseous

Worst prenatals I've tried, they always made me feel sick and the low iron made me feel weak. As soon as I switched to regular pill type I felt much better

That's what I take. There's no iron in them so just watch your iron levels.

I love those. I started taking other ones and had diarrhea so bad

I take them. Just double check with your doctor that they don't want you taking any iron supplements. I originally was taking the regular pills and they have iron in them but I had a hard time swallowing them so I switched to the gummies and just double checked with my doctor but they said I didn't need to take any.

When I was pregnant my OB said they were fine.

If they have DHA/EPA because thats for the babys brain. Gummies usually dont have dha your doctor should have told you that! Good luck
