Birth control help
I'm 5 weeks PP and seriously needing to think about birth control.
The pill is out of the question!
I'm really not fond of the shot as I know one of the common side effects are major weight gain (I know they can all do that, but I know it's more common with the shot than others)
The arm implant isn't available in Canada, which leaves me with the IUD & the patch!
Can you ladies explain how each works? (From experience)
I've heard horror stories of the IUD dislodging, but I'm curious as to how exactly you feel it. (Isn't there some string or something you can feel? Is it easy to move accidentally? Sorry if these are stupid)
As for the patch, how often do you have to change it?
I'm also breastfeeding exclusively so I'm leaning more towards non hormonal, but need to put my mind at ease!!
