Im currently 28w6d and ever since ive woken up ive had tightening in the belly and its really un comfortable to walk.. I was induced with my first so i dont really know what natural contractions feel like... And it does feel like mild period cramps.

Try drinking water and relaxing to see if they'll stop . If there is consistency and they don't stop eveneutlsly you should call your doctor to be on the safe side . Braxton hicks can be tricky but they defiantly aren't constant nor do they last for a very long time .

Probably is BH contractions. Do they last long? And are they consistent? Because BH usually last like 30 seconds and are very random. BH also aren't painful just like you said uncomfortable.

Have you drank 40+oz of water? Tried to lay down? If so definitely lay down and time them. If they are consistent call your dr.
