I've used preseed for 2 cycles now just during my fertile window. I also use OPKs to make sure I'm actually ovulating and that I'm using the preseed at the right time and have not yet got a BFP. I use the applicators to insert it. I have been TTC for 9 months now but have only used preseed for 2 and that was when I remembered to use it. I also tried maca root for around the first 4 months with no effects what so ever. I've got vitex to try this month but kept forgetting to take it. It's been a bad month for us this month so I will be starting that again next cycle.
